Donation & Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable.

The Shul will refund a duplicate charge, a charge for the wrong amount, or a charge you did not authorize, if you email info@mevaksheiemes.org within 30 days of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the receipt for a refunded gift is no longer valid.

Event and seat payments are not refundable unless the Shul cancels the event. A monthly gift can be cancelled at any time, but past payments are not refunded. A split payment is a commitment to the full total and cannot be cancelled.

Any other refund is at the Shul's sole discretion.
