Madreigas HaAdam Inc., DBA Mevakshei Emes · Last updated October 29, 2026
Mevakshei Emes is operated by Madreigas HaAdam Inc. ("the Shul"), 17761 NE 13th Ave, Miami, FL 33162, USA. By using this site or giving through it, you agree to these terms.
- Gifts. All payments are voluntary donations to the Shul, in U.S. dollars. The Shul decides how every gift is used. A designation (such as "Kiddush" or "Building Fund") is a request. The Shul will try to honor it, but may use any gift where it is most needed.
- Monthly gifts and split payments.
- Monthly gift: You authorize the Shul to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. Cancel any time by signing in to your account or emailing info@mevaksheiemes.org.
- Split payment: This is a commitment to give the full total. You authorize the Shul to charge each payment until that total is paid. You may change your payment method or pay the rest early, but a split payment cannot be cancelled. If payments stop for any reason, the remaining balance is still owed.
- If a payment fails, the Shul may try again or ask you to pay another way.
- Covering the fee. If you choose to cover the processing fee, that amount is part of your donation.
- Events and seats. Payments for events and Yom Tov seats are donations. The Shul may change an event's time, place or program. If the Shul cancels an event, you will be refunded.
- Receipts. You will receive an emailed receipt. You are responsible for how you report your gift on your taxes.
- Accounts. Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Payment security. Card and bank details are processed by our payment processor over an encrypted (SSL) connection and are not stored on the Shul's servers.
- Limit of liability. This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, the Shul is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
- Governing law. Florida law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
- Changes. The Shul may update these terms at any time by posting them here.
